The cost is $499.97 per year for the IDX version or $299.97 for the non-IDX version.
Both options do NOT have any setup fees, extra charges or contact.

#2. Is There A Contract or Subscription To Sign?

Top Agent Mobile is a 'one time' charge for 1 year of service. When your year of service ends, we DO NOT automatically bill you for another year.

#3. Is There A Setup Fee Or Other Charges?

Absolutely NOT!

There are no setup fees or other charges, everything is included for one low price.

#4. What Is The Cancellation / Refund Policy?

You are free to cancel at anytime however no refunds will be issued. This refund policy is in place because you are getting free setup, free web hosting, free support and a free domain name with your mobile website / app.

#5. Does TopAgentMobile Support IDX Listings?

Absolutely we do!!! We offer an IDX version of the mobile website / app. When you order you can choose either the IDX version or non-IDX version, Whichever you prefer.

#6. What Listings Are Included In The IDX Version?

TopAgentMobile supports all local residential listings from your local MLS.

This means your mobile website / app will have all of your local MLS residential listings. (e.g.: single family homes, condos, land/lots and multi-family units)

#7. What If TopAgentMobile 'IDX Version' Is Not Currently Available For My Local MLS?

If we do not currently offer IDX listings for your local MLS you still have two options;

• 1. You can still order and use the regular 'non-idx' version of TopAgentMobile.
• 2. You may click here to request notified when IDX for your local MLS is available.

#8. Can I Request To Be Notified With ''IDX Listings' Are Available For My Local MLS?

#9. What If My Local MLS Does Not Support IDX?

You can still order and use the regular 'non-idx' version of TopAgentMobile even if your local MLS does not support IDX or you don't want IDX.

#10. Is Web Hosting Support Included?

Yes! All hosting and maintenance is included and there are no extra fees of any kind!

#11. Is A Domain Name Included?

Yes! You get a free domain name with your account, free as long as you own this service!

#12. Is Technical Support Included?

Yes! Free technical support is included by email and phone during business hours.

#13. Are Future Upgrades & Fixes Included?

Yes! You always have the latest version of the mobile website and the online control panel. You will automatically get all future features and upgrades free!

#14. Is There A Demo Of The Mobile Site?

Very easy! You setup your mobile website by filling in a couple small web forms from inside the online control panel.

#21. How Do I Add/Integrate The Mobile Site With My Traditional Agent Website?

#1. Place a link to your mobile site on your traditional agent website: This simply involves adding a link as you would add any other link. If you don't know how to add a link to your website you can easily learn as it takes only a few minutes.

# 2. Use our 'automatic redirection' code: We have 'code' to detect mobile visitors to your traditional agent website and automatically redirect them to your mobile website. This code is added to your agent website by doing a copy and paste. (Which any 5 year old child can do!)
